Be prepared for COVID-19

Estate planning isn’t just for the wealthy – if you have financial accounts and sources of income, or relationships and responsibilities to uphold, strongly consider planning a Will, Medical Directive, and Financial Power of Attorney.

In the state of Hawai’i, to die without a Last Will and Testament means the state has discretion over how your estate is distributed. In some cases this means those close to you may not see the support they need after a passing. Be prudent, make your intent known, and make sure your family is taken care of.

Especially in today’s circumstances, sudden illness can leave you without the ability to handle your affairs. An Advanced Health Care Directive (Medical Directive) paired with a statement of Financial Power of Attorney ensures that your agent can enact the best course of action for your interests when you are incapacitated.

If you want to take the first steps toward a more prepared future, I can see this process through with you. In light of current events in the world, I am offering Wills, Advanced Health Care Directives, and Powers of Attorney for a significantly discounted rate of $110 each.
